-Tables and chairs for 225 people
-Table cloths in your choice of white or black
-Off site bridal cottage for getting ready
-On site staff available to help with all the details
-Exclusive use of our 4,200 square foot heated and cooled barn for the day of your wedding
-Outdoor concrete dance floor- 900 sq ft
-Designated Bar Area
-Full access to our prep kitchen, including: 60 cubic feet of cooler space, ice machine and stainless steel prep countertop with sink.
-4 guest bathrooms with 1 being fully handicap accessible
-Wedding Liability Insurance up to one million dollars ($1,000,000.00)
$3,500 + damage deposit
